The Darien KnockOuts Fastpitch, a division of the Darien Youth Club (DYC), is a Full Time Fastpitch travel program. To learn more about the Darien Youth Club please visit www.darienyouthclub.org

Facilities

The Darien KnockOuts organization owns our practice and game fields. We also have outdoor batting cages for teams to use at no charge. We do not have to worry about renting fields! In addition, our fields are maintained very well by our own field crew who also preps the fields prior to each game.

In addition, we secure indoor practice facilities for practices from January thru March/April.

2022 / 2023 Season

During the Fall and Spring Season, teams will either participate in a local league and/or play "friendlies / scrimmage" games.

​

Though "friendlies / scrimmage" games do not take place in a traditional league setting, these games are played with the same intensity as a "real" game. This format gives teams an opportunity to work players in different positions and try out newly learned skills in preparation for tournaments. Many travel teams participate in this format.​

Tournaments

Tournaments and round robins can be played from September  - July. Each team manager will determine the tournaments to be entered. Some may be played out of state.
